Turbo Oil Feed

Im using a HX-35/12 Holset from a 96 Dodge 2500 PU on another project.
Ive tried 2 different turbos and I still get oil getting past the turbo and into the exhaust.
Ive checked everything I can think of and then a Known good diesel mechanic that didnt try to sell me anything suggested this.
Maybe the truck Im using the turbo on just supplies more oil volume or pressure than the dodge I took it from.
So if anyone can awnser my question, probably someone here can.

What size is the line feeding the turbo on a Dodge application. ( I.D.) ??

Also how much pressure and volume does the cummins provide for the turbo ??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You might be getting too much crank case pressure up into the drain line causing the oil leaks through the turbo seals.
Try venting your engine breathers.
