Unhappy trenny fluid at the VSS

I changed my vss today hoping to fix my tranny trouble got soaked in trnny oil when i pulled the sensor out does that mean a bad seal on transfer case or tranny and will the vss malfunction if it is in oil.

After changing the sensor the tranny shifted great for a bit now it does the same thing as before shifts 1-2 14kph ,2-3 around 30kph.

Wahat should the shift points be if it's working right?

btw. the tranny was a reman and i put it in in feburary
