How is it adjusted? What values should I be looking for? This is really starting to **** me off. My truck drives like crap.

Thanks!

Can't seem to get it to update. It's a 98 12V auto (of course), and it started having problems with the converter locking and unlocking while under very light throttle. As in setting the cruise at any speed above normal lockup speeds. If I go over an overpass, it will lock up and pull good to the top. It will unlock as soon as it doesn't need the fuel, and will go in and out about every 5-10 seconds.
This started the night that I put in the #100 plate and GSK. We also adjusted the idle speed. I'm hoping that we screwed up the TPS when we set the idle.

Thanks for the link. That's what I needed. I'll let you know how it goes.

Well, i'm not sure about this. I used the link posted above for my info, and I didn't come up with what I'm supposed to.

I had 5.1 volts across the two outboard wires, but only 0.71 between the black and orange with the key on and the harness plugged into the sensor. I pushed out the metal sleeves that come in the holes, and was able to get it to 0.9 volts. Nowhere near the 1.4 to 1.5 volts that I'm shooting for.
I'm going to file the holes out a bit to see if I can increase the number a bit.

If anyone has had a similar situation, I'd really like a call from you.

I'm trying to get it together now!

Thanks,
Chad

you may need a new one if you can't get consistant readings.

When I put in my 3k gsk kit, my tranny started acting up too. I was told some of that is normal due to the kit changing the amount of movement of the throttle...if I recall that correctly.

My readiings are consistant. They're just lower than they should be.

I just slotted the bolt holes pretty good on the mill, and will throw it in tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully, I will be able to get it to 1.5 volts. Even more, I hope that this is the problem.

I'll let you guys know what happens!

Thanks again for the input.
