Torque Converter color identifies manufacturer?

anyone know if the Purple ATS converters are the same color as these guys? we use these converters when building supras. i put one in my friends Supra who runs 10.80's at 128mph. he mentioned something about these guys building diesel converters but i have yet to see anything on their site. im curious if ATS is contracted with Precision Industry for their converters;

Precision Industries does incredible work. I use their single disk setups in my Camaro. Their converter has been in the 9's many times. ATS/PI I am not sure of.

ATS original converters used PI components. I believe they stopped using PI parts about 4 years back.

PI made the original Cummins diesel multi disc lock-up converter. Many reputable builders still use PI components.
