Has anyone done any business with a company called Alpine Transmissions. They seem to have good prices on a torque converter that i am looking at. First saw them on Ebay. Any help would be appreciated.

 

They were rude to me is all I can say. I wanted to drive down there to pick up the transmission if I was going to buy it from them instead of paying 275$ to have it shipped about 200 miles. They said absolutely not to that and they also said no to me dropping of a core transmission so I wouldn't be charged an extra fee of something like 1200$ which I couldn't afford so they lost my business. Something about their "no will call" policy is a bit sketchy to me.

 

just get a georend 3 dics lifetime warranty, www.goerend.com dave is a great guy with an excelent product and will do anything to help. but JMO i bought one for my truck going in friday night.
