I have had the ticking sound since the last fuel filter change which was around 10,000 miles ago. Over the last few weeks it had gotten really loud, like you could hear it over the radio. Changed it yesterday and so for with around a hundred miles since the change no ticking. Cross my fingers and hope it will stay like that for awhile.
