Thoughts on this truck?

I dunno anything! about 12v's... other than that everyone seems to want the last model year available. Any significant differences between model years to take note of?

I guess I'm lookin more for advice on things to watch out for a 95. I know with the 24vs there's all sorts of differences between years and it might be worth it to hold out for a 96 or newer for some reason or other. For example with the 2001.5 had the rear discs, bigger clutch, whatever. The reserve price seems fine at least according to KBB with trucks for that age/mileage/condition.

It looks alright, jump on it if you like. Check the frame for rust or damage since it is a plow truck. Ask about the front end: alignment, trackbar, etc... 12V's don't have the most robust steering/front end under them. He has a different steering box which is good.

You can make plenty of power with a 95.

Killer dowel pin needs to be addressed if it hasn't already.

175hp engine with the 5 speed.

Check the bottom of the doors for rust, thats where they start first.

2nd on check the front end, check everything he said and anything else you can find on the front end.

1996-1998 would be my top choice for a 12v, but they're all good. There's only little differences.

i would buy that truck instantly if i was you, a 5spd 12v in that good condition is easily worth 10k if not 13 or 14k especially because its a manaul transmission.

It looks like a very decent truck. I'm watching it.

Was there a difference between injection pumps on the 12vs? p7100? can these guys run on the SVO?
