Dr. Evil - Thanks for posting the links. I might go with some 2/0 cable from the first website you posted. Did you see custom cables being offered for cheaper than that?

You would probably have to talk to them directly.

Before you decide to do this have a look at your trucks cables because you will have to get some smaller lugs and some smaller guage cable (for the drivers side) to go to the PDC etc. I had a lot of the stuff on hand so I cant really remember what I used.

Thanks for the response Dr. Evil. My ground cables are in good shape. Just the ground cable end is bad. I just need to get two new ground connectors.

Well I replaced both ground battery clamps today with NAPA cable ends. Less than a 10 minute fix and truck started right up after install. I am thinking the bad grounds where causing my battery to not get a full charge thus causing the no start issue.

Thanks for the suggestions and help guys.....

I received my larger starter contacts today in the mail. Truck still having issues starting. I am going to check the starter in the morning to make sure it is good. Then I will install the new starter contacts. Are the starter contacts in the solenoid? Is the starter/solenoid one unit or seperate? Thanks..

Yo Dr installed the new contacts tonight and......... NO DEAL....

Still has intermittent start issues. And when it does not start I can hear a slight click. Must be the starter..... I am going to try NAPA tomorrow. Can they bench test a starter to ensure it is bad before I lay down some cash for a new one??

Yeah I have caps on.....

Here are my exact rims..... http://www.procomptires.com/pxa7089.html

I just ordered this: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...0&autoview=sku I will pick up the starter in Reno tomorrow.

I am assuming with the powermaster starter I do not have to install the larger contacts?

And Infidel what idle speed should I be running in my 12v? When the starter does work it does start much better if I give it a little pedal on start.

Great Thx...just what I was looking for

And thats pretty good price on the starter. Not sure about the HD contacts on the new starter, you could take a peak at them.

You should be idleing at a hair under 800 rpm. But, I read that the tsock tach isnt all that accurate when adjusting idle.
