Find a truck with the tach option in a boneyard, get the complete cluster, swap it into your dash, add the wires to your harness
Possibly Dodge saved you the trouble and the wires are already there.
If none, check isspro, autometer, banks, bd, etc - go to their websites, browse around.

I've installed these on several diesels without tachs. Easy install, cheap and very accurate.
