Suspected air leak in charge air system

I,m starting to hear a hssssssing sound at rpms above 2000 or so when I'm driving.
I cant seem to identify where its coming from when the truck is moving.
I cant fine any air leak when holding rpms up and checking tubes and hoses when stopped.

Is there a way to check the system with compressed air with the engine off?

or another way to check for an air leak?

Yep, remove the tube at the air horn and at the turbo, make end caps out of PVC with one drilled for an air fitting, charge up to 10 PSI or so and hit her with soapy water.

FIRE BLANKET ABOVE TANK, UNDER FLOOR DURING CUTTING.

I used "thumb gum" from the plumbing supply to seal it.

Since I've replaced my fuel reservoir with a new (Oliver Foster) unit, I've been able to get the truck down to 7.5 gallons of fuel left in it. Maybe, next time I'll live vicariously, and run it down to 5 gallons left next time ?

Jim Lane asked me a while back to post photos of the measurements for the fuel tank access panel I cut into the tank. Here's what I did, and how it's located.

So far, I haven't broken down yet (again), but the night is young !
