thanks Plow, is there any easy way to test for vacuum leaks, or just best to check the vac hoses for cracks, etc?

 

I use a hand held pump that you can get at any automotive store its also handy for bleeding brakes. The pump has a gauge on top of it pump it up to 15 or 20 it should hold for a little while if it don't then start looking for leaks by having someone keep the pressure constant on the pump gauge and you spray all hoses and connections with soapy water.
