all depends on how much you want to pay, and how long you want it to last.

there is 16ga and 14ga aluminized and S steel. most are mandrel bent.

you can pay anywhere between $200.00 and $600.00

you can even custom make one yourself.

try pinnacle performance. jerry jardine does a turbo back for $230. cost me $275 to my door

had to reflare the ends to get the pipes to slide over one another but it's a 4" and it sounds awesome

I second this. This is the exhaust I got. I bought it on ebay with the muffler to my door for $310. You can get it without the muffler for less. The straight through muffler was only $40 more so I got it. It's a sweet exhaust. It comes ready to go. Mine was handled roughly in shipping so some of the tips on the pipes were bent a little. I just bent them straight with some pliers. You can just buy it on ebay or whatever and tell them exactly what truck you have. If your truck came with a catalytic converter and you need to do emissions, then you will need to keep the cat or get a new one from someone with a 2004.5 or newer truck (they come with 4" cats) like I just did. I'm assuming you want a 4" exhaust. 4 inch is good.

Aluminized Steel has been hot-dip coated with a special, corrosion-resistant aluminum-silicon alloy. Aluminized steel gives you the look and feel of aluminum with the superior strength and lower cost of steel.
409 Stainless Steel is a cost-effective, high-grade, low carbon steel with excellent corrosion resistance and strength. It sports a superior shine to aluminized steel, and only 304 stainless is more resistant to rust.
304 Stainless Steel has the highest chromium and nickel content of any stainless alloy, making it the most corrosion-resistant material in the industry. 304 stainless is also capable of a mirror-like polished shine that is like chrome.

a litttle pricey...

I've got the Jeg's subway tunnel exhaust. about 360 i think to my door. Have had it for a little over a year and only rusts where i welded it together instead of clamped. 4" DP to 5" exit's behind pass wheel. need to remove the spare though.
