Thanks for the reply. Glad you got your truck running good again. Mine only seems to get about 22 with my foot on the mat, but my truck only revs to about 2500 when its on the mat, in gear, so maybe that is part of the problem. How high does yours rev? The torque converter sounds like a good deal if it will hold up well to decent power. The most power my truck would probably ever see, would be 300hp, but my stock TC wont hold what i have, so i cant upgrade until my tranny is working good. Maybe if I never upgrade my TC ill throw in a 3k GSK to help it out some. Thanks for the help.

I can rev it out a little farther now that I've got the cat out from under there and the fuel plate adjusted properly. She pulls hard up to about 2600rpm and thats about it. Its a whole new truck now! Looks like the tranny's the next in line to get bombed!
