Spicer wheel joints where to buy them
The hardest part of my front end rebuild is finding spicer wheel joints for the dana 60 front axle on my truck. I called 10 different NAPA stores in a 25 mile radius saturday. All I got from all them is, "Don't have and can't order.
Checked auto zone and they only had duralast. Advance auto had neapco. Called a few independent auto parts stores and the had precision brand.
The dodge dealer had OEM joints at $106 each. I thought pulling the hubs and replacing all four ball joints was the PITA, not locating spicer u joints.
Any idea's where to buy them?

Most all parts store's , by the same name , handle the same brands , so your 1st mistake was checking 9 other Napa store's .
I also wanted Spicer the last time I looked for u-joints , could not find a a few place's , I for get now what I ended up using .
To help the parts guy use the right terms , axial u-joint .
They are easily confused .
Use these guys for u-joints , what they sell have a good reputation .

Thanks guy's for your help. The two federated auto parts stores that I called did not carry spicer brand.
I tried a local driveline shop and they had spicers in stock. I went with the non greasable(sealed) spicer axle u-joints part#5-806X. At $40 each.
Only one of the axle joints on my truck was bad, but I decided to replace the other one while I had the axle removed.
