What does this mean and how do you do it??? 96 cummins

Sliding hte torque plate

means you get into your AFC housing and you slide your fuel plate forward toward the front end of the truck for more power and torque, this is usually good for about 30 or so horses, Here is the link for instructions and a better explanation than what i can offer you..
