RPM surge during return to idle

RPM surge during return to idle
So, I just tightened my head bolts and checked valve lash, some needed adjusting. Now when I rev the engine, when I let of the accelerator and it gets back to idle it will surge up maybe 100 rpm. Anything I should worry about?
