Right Torque Converter
#16
Id stay away from a DTT setup. Im having problems with my 96 (full DTT trans) converter is starting to slip and I only have 12000 miles on it. Bill wasnt too responsive on standing behind it cause it was built 3 years ago. Quick to blame the shop HE had do the work. Very disappointed.

I would go with DTT every company has it faults not every product they can make will be exactly perfect. I know i have had a load behind mine before and i have had no problem and it stays a lot cooler then my last built tranny. just keep up on the oil changes and alway keep an eye on it. the converter i have now from DTT made one heck of a difference compared to my last triple loc converter.

Spend the money.
I myself just rebuilt my trans, put a single disc with billit lid, had them turn up the line preassure to shift a little harder. Now that I am pulling a 28' gooseneck, I'm not at 300 hp yet, I wish I had spent the extra doe for a tripple disc that will hold longer pulling the trailer up hills.
