Thanks for the links...What all would be involved with swapping the 12valve into my truck? I can handle the mechanics with no problem. I think the only area I'm not clear on is the Electronics...I'm sure my currentl ECM and wiring wouldn't work, so I guess I'd have to find a donor vehicle to rob those parts from...is this correct?

Yea, definently do a 24v if u can get ur hands on one for a decent price. That way u dont have to deal with the electronic issue of trying to get a 12v in and working with ur 24v truck. But a 12v and allison would be amazing.
