Pulling injectors

Go to the hardware store and get a metric nut 14MM x 1.5 pitch (don't be surprised if its cost's almost $2!)
Screw that nut down on top of the injector and use a pry bar to pop it loose!
We just put my old Marine 300's in my buddies 95 last night, and his stock injectors with 200,000-PLUS miles came out a lot easier than my 300's did and they had only been in there a year when we put my PDR 370's in!

I used a 14mm nut on an old 5/8" X 5" long bolt with a heavy 3/4" drive socket to make a little slide hammer. Slip the socket on the bolt and screw the nut on. It'll only go on about a turn or so. Screw the works onto the injector and slide the socket up quick a few times. It might help to take a brass drift and hammer and tap on the side of the injector first to loosen it up a bit.

Assuming you have stock 12 valve injectors. Grind a 1/2" pvc or steel plumbing coupling down so it's 1-3/8" long, slip this over the injector (lines removed of course) then screw a lug nut from your truck down where the inlet line attached. The coupling will push against the head while the nut pulls up on the injector, it won't feel like you are getting any resistance at all, the injector will pop right off. This is especially useful for the rear ones where there is no clearance, but works better than any other method I've tried including slide hammers and pry bars.
