Mine is 30 psi at all times (can't be exact, my 30psi gauge is pegged all the time). Anything above that you should be alright. Actually, I ran it at 18 psi for quite some time and ran just as well.

As long as FP doesn't drop below 25 psi under load you're fine.
Likewise pressure exceeding 45 psi presents a whole new set of problems.
Excess pressure will blow out internal injection pump seals, fuel will leak into your oil.

Double or triple check all the connections between the airdog & fuel tank.
What pressure does the P pump see in that application?
Maximum 45 psi. With the engine loaded 45 psi or lower.

Ok, just wondering if the OFV is able to regulate that much flow or I would need another regulator if the pump's bypass was higher than the recommended 45psi max.
