PDQ TC or Locally Built TC?

Going to have my trans rebuilt. One shop here in town uses PDQ torque converters the other builds their tc's in house. Cost is a little higher for the localy built tc and overhaul, but they claim that their quality control is better than an assembly line on the tc's. Both shops have the same warranty and service. What do you think?

Unless they really know the Cummins, or you are going to get rid of it, I would go with one of the nationally known guys.

Goerend, Suncoast, Etc.
