P7100 O-ring and washers

P7100 O-ring and washers
So I'm in the middle of a tappet cover gasket on a 12 valve.
IP is out and I'm curious as to where you guys get your O-ring that deals the pump to the timing cover? Is it reusable f removed without damage?
Also what are the sizes of the washers on the fuel supply banjo and return banjo ?
