why would oil be coming back up my dipstick and dripping out of it instead of my blowby tube

 

More info allows for better answers .
Fill in truck info in the user control panel .
Then how much oil is coming out ?
I seen a few trucks , where the end near the handle has a bad / missing / broken seal , and leak a little .
It may be that the blowby is plugged .

 

A few reasons;
O-ring on dipstick is damaged/missing
Plugged blowby tube
Vacuum leak pressurizing crankcase
Engine needs rebuilding
