What I meant was get a 80 to early 90's married NP205 out of a dodge. It will bolt right up to the 47RH. They shouldn't be too difficult to find.

 

The 6-bolt pattern on front of the Chevy case is clocked differently than the Dodge. Chevy has single bolt at top and Dodge has 2 bolts at the top. Dodge did use a rh drop 241 in the 1/2 tons in the early 90's though.

 

Finally got the trasfercase I wanted, 241D out of a 88 ramcharger had RH drop and mate up to the 47RH trasmission. shorten front drive shaft and new on rear drive shaft. eliminated all vibration of the divorced transfer case. Done!!

 

The 205 came in the diesels up through 93, it will bolt right up to the 47RH if you can find one.
