new truck
well ive been looking at 12valve's and I plan on getting one around august. my question is what are the trouble spots to look for? i plan on gettin a 94-98 12v 5spd. 4x4 thanks for any help

Welcome to DTR, good to have you with us.
Using the above search function, run a search for
1) "KDP",
2) "Fifth Gear Nut"
and
3) "53 Block".
These will provide a lot of info to read through for the mechanics of these trucks.
Some of these trucks are prone to the "Death Wobble" which is a steering issue.
All of these are not to scare you away but to keep you informed.
Each of the above mentioned items has more than one fix available.
