New guy with questions
Good morning all, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post.
I have a 93 engine and what was suppossed to be a 47RH (lock up) trans. I plan to install this in an old (much modified) 55 Ford cab over truck. By trial and error, I now have the trans installed on the engine. (Had to replace the trans adaptor, flexplate and starter.) After going through all of that, I just noticed the main electrical connector in the trans has eight pins. Am I correct in assumming it is a 47RE trans and not an RH? If so, now what???
Are there any stand alone trans controllers? Has anyone here had any experience with them?
