Killer dowel pin, it's a pin in the timing case, used for alignment that can back out and fall into the timing gears, causing major damage.

Thanks . So I can just take off the plate and grind away to match something similar to what you have drawed up and that will give me more power. Also where is this plate at. Can I see it just buy standing in front of the truck? Also where can I purchase a spring kit at?
You can't see the fuel plate itself from outside the truck , you need to remove the AFC housing, it is not hard to do at all , there is one "break off" screw , that can be a pain to remove sometimes , but not always , other than that , 4 bolts and it pretty much comes off (some people remove the intake horn) , unbolt the plate , bolt the new one in , adjust the goveroner lever , and put it all back together.
