muffler eliminator
Gretings,
Has any one purchased the muffler elimination kit from Geno's Garage, if so, what can you tell me about it? Is it worth the $$? How about installation, and how does it sound? I'mm thinking of this kit for a 96, long bed, club cab.
Thanks,
BIG MIKE

My first thought was to get the eliminator kit also.. but I just went to a muffler shop, and had them remove my muffler and resonator and weld inl a piece of stock size pipe. They did it for $70.Thats about what youd pay for the kit..It has a good sound. It was worth the money for me.

I have gotten the kit, it is alright but it is just a straight peice of 4" pipe bent out on both end to fit on 4" pipe. I thought that it was an elimination kit for a stock exhaust, but it is suposed to be used on a 4" exhaust system. I made it work though. If I were going to do it again, I would just go get some 4" pipe instead of ordering the kit.
