To much fuel on #2 cylinder?

I just got back from a 600 mile trip, when I got stuck in traffic my truck would puff white smoke on take off, and has a miss when idling, I cracked the injector lines and #2 is bubbling a heck of a lot more fuel then the others. What would cause this? Stuck DV or Plunger?

A stuck plunger doesn't pump fuel. At idle, the engines runs really rough. You often hear a very loud clicking.
A stuck delivery valve will let fuel out of the line back into the plunger.

New injectors? Either you have a bad tip or a sticking pin. This allows cylinder pressure to push the fuel out of the injector.

Im 99% sure its not injector related, so to much fuel to a certain cylinder wouldnt be a stuck plunger but instead a?

Bubbling fuel is a sign of air as well as the white smoke. Being you isolated to #2 cylinder, I suspect the injector

Don't go dragging me into this . . .

If there is bubbles, that means there is gasses (air) in it. If you have a stuck plunger, like was said, you're not gonna be pushing any fuel. I'd imagine the rack would be pretty sticky too if the plunger is stuck. I'd go with Fuelling Around's suggestion and look at the injector. Swap the number 2 with another another cylinder see if the symptom moves. If it does, then its the injector. If it stays on the #2, then you either have a pump issue or an engine issue.
