If you want to increase lubricity of fuel, at least use something that is designed to be burned like 2-stroke oil. Additives like powerservice also have lubricity additives built in. Additives increase the price of fueling, so keep this in mind.
I use powerservice in the winter and biodiesel in the summer. Biodiesel is very good at lubricity.
I found this to be interesting if you want to read about it:

Any oil works great. Trans fluid and hyd. oil is best but motor oil works great too. It helps the MPG and runs better. I just use filtered used oil. No need to spend money on oil for fuel. I try to throw in a few quarts per tank of fuel. I have run as much as 50% oil but it starts to smoke. My BMW powered lincoln likes to run a 50% mix and has much more power than straight fuel.
I am not sure if I would run that much oil in a 24 valve though.
