replaced my overflow valve and my pressure now is
22psi @ idle and 35psi @ 2500. it seems to max out at 35. is this too much? the book calls for 25-30 psi at 2500. i noticed the hole in the bottom of the overflow valve was smaller than the one i replaced.

 

Overflow valves are rebuildable as long as the seat is good, you can change out the spring and ball or shim the spring for higher pressure. I run mine at 33 psi, if you worried about it try the spring from the old overflow valve.<br><br>Jim
