Lift Identification for New Track Bar

Howdy pilgrims,

I'm looking for a sturdy solution to replacing my track bar (No more cranks on my Luke's Link and I just want something solid), and it appears that our aftermarket Thuren/DT/SolidSteel/etc choices are limited by the height of lift. I do not know whether that requirement is front end only, or overall. I bought the truck used, it has what I recall being told was a 4" lift, between the coil spacers, leaf blocks, and what I believe are extended lower control arms as they are closed unlike the open channel uppers. Given the attached pictures, is anyone able to identify either how many inches of lift I have, or perhaps the make of the kit? I'd prefer to avoid getting the wrong track bar.

From what I understand, if you have a 4in front lift you will need either a solid steel adjustable, DT Profab. You might get buy with the Thuren bar but it is rated for only 3".

I went with a solidsteel adjustable and don't have any complaints. It is well made and didn't require any drilling or welding but does require a separate bracket.

The places listed below all have trac bar assemblies for lifted trucks from thos who are leveled to 8 inches.Hope this helps your search somewhat.I am partial to Solid Steel parts as they are all on my truck now....Andy

Ten-four. I appreciate the help, guys. I'm just down the highway from Source Automotive, which makes the Solid Steel option pretty easy to come by.

If you have a trackbar without a relocation bracket Id hazard a guess its 3" or less. Those poly spacers only go up to 2" as far as I know. If you have a lift in the back, look for shackles that arent stock, an add-a-leaf in the pack, or blocks longer than 4 3/4". Looks like your blocks are stock. Probably only a leveling kit.

That's kinda what I had in mind. I wasn't sure if these aftermarket track bars relied on the lift of the entire truck, or just what was on the front end.

The blocks are really a stock item? Wild..

Yes , those blocks are stock , it does appear that you only have a 2" spacer in the front( aka leveling kit) with some 3rd gen lower control arms ( they are fully boxed , direct bolt in , and slightly longer IIRC).

3rd gen push the wheel a bit forward with a lift? Hmm.. wonder how bad that screws up your pinion angle.

FWIW, I'm running 3" spacers from a 1500 in the front of my truck with the Solid Steel 3rd gen conversion. No issues at all.
