Less back pressure 12wg, 14 or 16

Which one of these would provide the most flow/least back pressure on a stage 4 HTT upgaded turbo? ... I am guessing the 16?

Would a 12wg out flow a 14 non wg?

Also will the 14 or 16 keep the boost pressure below 35 psi on the stage 4 while on a 12valve in say the 320 - 350hp range?

I have the stage 4 compressor housing and wheel and sitting in the box. When I go to put it on I was thinking about putting a larger exaust housing on as well. Obvously the 14wg would be the best but it cost 500 cnd$ and I realy don't feel like spending that much on my old junker just for a small gain in spool or top end over the cheaper housing.

A better ballance would be to port out a 14cm housing. That way it would be quick to respond and flow plenty on top.
