Leaking... Left rear brake and more
I just got back from a 600 mile or so round trip and was doing a once over of the new truck and noticed that the left rear brake drum was covered in brake fluid along with a spray pattern on the inner wheel well and dripping down the inside of the tire. I could almost hear it spraying out if I punched on the brakes. Any ideas on what broke? I just got back about 10 minutes ago and havn't had a chance to take the wheel off yet and inspect the damage, but any input would help.
I also have a leak on the tranny right around the small cover on the passenger side. From the looks of it there isn't a seal on that cover but there is on the drivers side. Is it missing a seal?... Its leaking enough oil to cover the bottom of the tranny.
And my third leak question... the bottom of the oil pan was coated in oil after a long stretch on the interstate. It never seemed to leak any when I just drove it around town but now after about 3 hrs at 75mph and 2600 rpms it seems to be leakin. From what i could tell some looked to be coming out of the breather tube that exit close to bottom of the pan. The pan also seemed to be leaking some right next to where the hose runs by it. Pan gasket that difficult to change? Anyone have similar issues. From what I know the previous owner had the from and rear seal changed when they put a new clutch in right before he sold it.
Sorry for the long post but I'm just trying to work out the bugs on the new rig. Thanks alot.

#1 question........ wheel cylinder or brake line failure. Pop the tire off and take the drum off and you'll have front row seats.
#2......... Dunno..........
#3.................. Mine does the same...culprit is the breather........no worries, you'll never get any rust around there!!
