KDP....years?

Are all 12 valves affected by the KDP? Is it specific to certain years..?

All Cummins B series engines up to '00 model year are possible KDP candidates. PM me if you want yours taken care of.

Yes. However, I've done 2 '00 trucks and they both had the updated timing case. You can tell because the drill bit breaks through and then hits more metal. I've done a '98 24 valve, and that had the old case. Haven't doen a '99 yet. Seems to me that it's not real likely to happen to a '00, but I do 'em anyway just for the owner's peace of mind.

Just killed mine today. It was sticking out past the edge case about a 1/16"-1/8". Drove it back in and peened case so it can't get out.

1989-99.

The 2000's already have the updated case. The updated cases were going on during the 1999 model year.

Just discoverd my 98 12v let loose the pin.
Fix it now!!!
The saddest part is the previous owner said he fixed it Stinkin dirtbag

Well I tabbed my 1997, but it looks like I don't need to worry about my 2000.
