Issue with my 96!!!

Ok, posted this a few weeks ago about my tranny acking up. now today i stopped by the feed store again, truck ran good on way up there, got back in the truck to leave started it up and didn't want to go into gear so i let it roll and fall into gear. on the drive home it was hard to get it to go from gear to gear and if i were rolling it was even harder. if i was sitting at a light it would go into gear with a little force. got to the house and started rowing the gear while sitting in the drive way with clutch pressed and it seemed that sometime it would go right into gear and others needed to work it in. so i shut the truck off and turned it on a few times to see if anything would change and nothing. right before i shut it down and gave up i was sitting idel it was a little hard to get it into 2nd when i got it in i sat there with it in gear and clutch pressed. while putting it into gear it felt like the truck lunged forward a little and while sitting i felt it lung two or three times with the clutch fully pressed and sitting there with me doing nothing.
Any Ideas????? I was hoping that it fixed itself the last time but i guess i'm going to have to stop taking that truck to the feed store. i have DD it since the last time with no problems.
thanks,
Eric

I think your pilot bearing/bushing is shot. If it grabs the input shaft the transmission keeps spinning at engine RPM and makes shifting the same as if the clutch were engaged. At any rate, if it is a bad clutch, release bearing or pilot bearing you still need to pull the tranny. If the hyd clutch is failing you wouldn't have been able to DD it for this long. Once they fail, they don't fix themselves then fail again.
