i was wondering if there was anyone that tell me how to put new injectors in my truck or if someone knows wheere to get instructions for them.

370 marine injectors
1994 dodge cummins 12 valve

 

I just put a set of 370 in my truck. The injector were rusted in it was a job getting them out. Remove valve cover. Clean the motor first focus on the area around the injectors.

1) Unhook the return lines 10mm
2) unhook injector lines 3/4 wrench
3) Remove mounts on injector lines and pull the lines up. Do not bend the lines to much
4) Use a deep well socket and loosen the injector retainers from the block can’t think of the size socket
5)I installed a nut from the front 4 link arms onto the injectors it give u some thing to pry on to lift the injectors up use some kind of lube wd/40 or what ever u got.
6) Install is the reverse

It is not that bad takes 1-2 hours hope this helps

 

Mine were 24mm which in real money is 15/16" I think.
