I have bought my delivery valves and injectors from Scheid Diesel. They are a Certified Cummins/Bosch Dealer and will give you a warranty on all the parts they sell. Here is their number if you are interested:

ditch the banks plate for none, no afc, any injectors you want except pennsacola and 4k gov kit and full cuts. This will wake that little pump up. Tim

Im glad your happy with them. They sell junk injectors that are not bosch parts and thier pumps are a joke. $750 for a rebuilt pump, what did they replace, the paint. Thats right, they just fix what was wrong and sell it as a rebuilt. Thats the way to earn peoples business.

see im not understanding whats wrong with them? more power, not a lot of smoke, no haze at idle, so far ive never needed to replace any. and you just made no sense with the rebuilt pump .. you just threw me off.. you just said that they fix whats wrong with them and sell it as a rebuilt... which is what its supposed to be a rebuilt pump

lets say somebody had a plunger stick or something in the govener come apart. they only replace what needed fixed. they do not rebuild them. I bought one and took it to a shop after having problems with poor performance, abd they took it apart and it had one new plunger and barrel. The rest who knows how much wear was on the rest of the pump. The injectors, caused a rough idle and a sever surge at 1050rpms. Replced them with bosch 300's and no problems what so ever. All im saying is you are definantly getting what you pay for with them. Cheap products at a cheap price.

Is this motor a 160hp or 175hp? "tranny work" sounds like an 160hp automatic.

If it's a 160hp, then one of my favorite recipies is a #5 plate, 3k GSK, and either 181dv or 022/024dv. 16* timing and make sure it has proper fuel pressure.
