Idle Adjustment

Is there any way to adjust the idle on a 96. Tends to die when I have the AC on and just started. Book I have says there is a way to adjust the slow speed idle but the picture makes no sense to me.

Yep, a 10 MM wrench, small hands and arms or a lot of cussing.

I generally cuss a lot, thank goodness you don't have to adjust it often.
