I need help with a 5 speed!!

I just looked at a '96, 2500, with a 5 speed. I can manualy shift the tranny, but have no gears, truck won't move. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the clutch is toast. That or a broken input shaft but more likely the first one.

If the truck is modded I'd lean tward the input shaft

Have fun tryin to get a 1 3/8 upgrade now too, everbodys been back ordered

shift forks happend to my friends F150 we were driving shift into 3rd it was like he went into neutral same with 4th while we were in there we just repaced them all the cause is resting your hand on the shifter it puts pressure on the forks and eats away at em 1 and 2 are on one fork 3 and 4 are on another and 5 and reverse are on the last one

I know it seems obvious but if it's a 4wd make sure the transfer case isn't in neutral.
