I cant decide, What turbo should I upgrade to?
Well, I want to upgrade my turbo on my 97 12 valve.
I currently have a HTT 62/65/14 on my truck with DDP4s and a zero plate with a 4kgsk. My cyl. head also is Stage 2 Ported & Polished, o-ringed, studs, 5 angle valve job , backcut valves and 60# springs.
I can build boost at about 1100-1200 rpm and by 1300rpm is at 48psi, I accredit this to the cyl. head porting and polishing (thanks Garrett).
I also have an S475 sitting in the garage that I was going to do twins with.
I have been reading some posts, and some guys say that twins and a manual arent the greatest combo.
SO, I wanted to know what turbo is for me.
I like the II Silver62, but I'm not sure on how it will spool and cool.
I also tow a #7000 camper, BUT I have a valet switch waiting to go in so when my wife drives she wont have to worry about EGTs and having the truck go sideways.
I could REALLY use everyone opinions and alot of them at that.

Yes, I know.
BUT,
I am trying to stay with a single if I can. Twins and manuals are not the greatest, from what I have read.
Twins are also ALOT of maintennce, take up alot of room, and I will have the downtime to fab them.
