my truck is only getting about 12 to 13 miles per gallon and feels like she is kinda week

What are some of the other symtoms beside low milage and weak engine.Heavy smoke?surging?

 

thats it no smoke runs great just doesnt feel strong no surging starts right up I started to block the actuator off will that help on power the truck has a 4 inch exhaust and cold air kit and a fuel module in the tank 2.5 lift with 33's

 

Do you have a boost gauge?
Sounds like low boost maybe a leaking boot.

 

I dont have a boost guage but which boot I was told it could be the wastegate actuator
