How much power will I make with these mods??

So I ran into an issue. I think I have more power than my clutch will hold on the crew cab project. My current clutch is a South Bend Con OFE rated fro 450/900. I originally installed this one way back when I started the restoration 4.5 years ago and was staying with a single turbo. As I am calculating tonight though, I have a feeling I am over, make that WAY over, what the clutch will handle and the last thing I want to do is get this thing finally running and find out my clutch is frying!

For those who have the knowledge, please give my an idea where I will be at. I am trying to avoid guessing so the closer you can get, the more it would be appriciated!!

My motor is set up as follows:

1997 CPL 2174 (180hp auto)
HX35W (Stock - nothing changed) and PDR HT3B (26 cm3 housing)
ATS Exhaust Manifold
Banks Twin Ram Intake Manifold
#10 Fuel Plate
3000 RPM GSK
FASS 95 GPH
Timing 16.5 advance (if my memory serves)
AFC Spring Kit
DDP Stage 2 injectors
181 Taper Cut Delivery Valves
60 PSI Intake and Exhaust Valve Springs
24 Valve PDR Intercooler
Magum Something or other intake filter (came from PDR)
4" Exhaust
Cometic Head Gasket
ARP 12mm Head Studs (I think - Was 3 years ago but I do remember I just re tapped the holes - I did not make them bigger)
Fluidamper

I hope that covers everything that is power related.

One last question. With the way that is set up, do I need a smaller HX35 housing (like a 14 cm snail) and do I need a larger waste gate than the one thats on the HX35W?

Thanks!

Robert

keeping in mind that clutches are generally rated at the flywheel not rear wheels, and if your fuel plate is at the stock position and not slide forward, I'd bet your close to the limit on that clutch but not over. If you dont tow heavy you should be fine. stock 97 pumps came with 181's so the injectors are the big power adder here IMO. BTW an stock HX35 is 56/58/12 not 16.

Depending on tuning and driving style, I would think that clutch is on borowed time.
