I have a 1995 2500 with a Banks Stinger Plus system and am making about 30psi. However when the rpms start getting closer to 2000 it starts to make a rattling noise that is pretty noticable and gets worse as the rpms keep getting higher. Could this be a problem with the turbo or the engine? Any help would be great. The truck has 306,000 miles on it and just had a valve adjustment at 297,000 and has never had a problem with the turbo.

 

Sounds like the valvetrain needs adjusting.
