High Idle - Can it pose any problems? Quick response plz.
I set my idle yesterday, because I felt it was too low. truck didn't like the air conditioning being on and the clutch engaging weakly.
So i set it visually between the 750? and 1000RPM mark on the dash.
I know thats not very accurate.
But it has a higher idle sound and such.
Clutch engages quick and smoother, air runs fine.
So, I ask - are there any problems associated with this?
I'm just not used to hearing it run at that higher idle.
LMK quick if you can.
Else, I'll set it lower.
