Help! Antifreeze Looks like Soapy Water

Blew a Fanbelt on the ol darling last night, over heated it to redline 110 before i could savely pull over... Replaced the Belt and now today my Temp Gauge Isnt working and when off Antifreeze looks fine, but soon as I start it up it bubbles and looks like soapy water...which gets worse the higher i rev the engine..

Theres no Coolant in the oil that i can tell (no bubbles and its not at a higher lvl then yesterday)

Dont know if its exhaust gases in the Head getting in.... praying for good news, but prepared to fork out the $2000 if it is.....

Other then AFE air intake, ProFlo 4" exhaust and an upgraded clutch truck is stock.
