Greyish/White Smoke?

My truck has never blew whitish smoke before.
It blows some blueish haze during warm-up on the cold mornings..

But I was on my way leaving Walmart, was inside for about 15-20mins, came out fired the ole girl up and went down the road.
once I got on the local highway I hammered on it and noticed it was blowing whitish/greyish color smoke. Drove it to her house about another 5mins down the road, idled in her driveway for about 5mins and then left to go home.. Once I pulled back out on the road I lugged it in 3rd and it was blowing coal black smoke.. Then it would go greyish/whitish.. Then it was coal black for the next 10miles til I got got off the highway and went to pull out on a local route, and it went whitish/greyish again..

Any ideas?

I checked oil and coolant levels, both look fine.
Oil is due for a change, and so is fuel filter.
So tomorrow I'm changing the oil, oil filter, fuel filter, and cleaning the air filter..

Some white/grey smoke is normal at startup, after extended idle periods and under cold conditions.

Your timing may have slipped a little.

Around 13.5* is stock...

If TIMING is:
......................RETARDED ( - )........ADVANCED ( + )
EXHAUST TEMP increases decreases
CYLINDER PRESSURE decreases increases
INTAKE MANIFOLD PRESSURE
(BELOW P-TORQUE) WASTEGATED increases decreases
BSFC (brake specific fuel consumption) increases decreases
NOX (oxides of nitrogen) decreases increases
HEAT REJECTION increases decreases
HYDROCARBONS (HC) increases decreases
BLACK SMOKE: 1000RPM increases decreases
BLACK SMOKE: PEAK TORQUE decreases increases
BLACK SMOKE: RATED increases decreases
WHITE SMOKE: < 1000RPM increases decreases
WHITE SMOKE: > 1000RPM increases decreases
