I'm at a crossroads- I've put alot of money into both my 95 4x4's, & have a guy that will do a swap for me for $1000. I'd put the diesel into my ext cab, & make the reg cab a gasser. After all the $$ I put into them, if I sell them I'd prob end up with another cummins that needs work done similar to what I just completed in my own trucks.
Ya think its more feasible to swap what I got or sell them & get another cummins thats already an ext cab that'll prob have more miles & need work?

I'm not sure what all is different, but there would probably be more involved than just engines and transmissions. The gasser probably has a Dana 60 rear axle that would need swapped, and new driveshafts would need to be made too.
