i have a stock 95 i am going to slide the stock fuel plate forward (maybe not all the way but pretty close) what am I looking at for power, maybe 20horse, i do not want more, just the extra umph pulling.

 

might try just getting a different plate, or cutting one. with the stock plate profile forward, it kinda jacks with the torque curve and not in a good way.
