Fuel Plate questions.

Hi i'm looking on grinding my fuel plate down to a #100 or #0. Will this make my truck smoke a lot? I have my p-pump turned up also. Other than that my truck is stock. I would also like some pointers on how to grind the fuel plate down. Like videos or pictures. Thanks a lot.

The truck will smoke some, but only when you put your foot in it.

As far as pictures, you need to do some searching on here. This topic has been covered many, many times.

There is a diagram floating around here somewhere, I know that when you grind you want to smooth it out with some emery cloth when you are done.
I ground my own plates 100, 0, and 10. Its pretty easy. I hazed pretty good with the 10 plate with the 100 about mid way I can smoke pretty good.

#10 plate, with a boost elbow is awesome, smooth power, if you want smoke just turn afc wheel forward, it will smoke on command, cool. get an egt gauge asap. Also get a BHAF and 4 inch exhaust or at least cat and muffler delete, that will help keep the egt's down.
